Welcome to the Brown's Bikes website. Brown's Bikes is located within the beautiful town of Avalon, on Catalina Island. We are located only 100 yards from the boat dock, on the way to town. We are open year-round, 9-5 daily with extended hours during the summer. If you have any questions or comments you may contact us here.

We have various types of bicycles from one-speed "beach cruisers" to 21-speed mountain bikes with front suspension. The rates for our rentals are as follows:

There are over 20 miles of paved streets where bicycles may be ridden through Avalon and the surrounding area. Below is a map that is provided with each rental. If you desire to ride outside of Avalon, you must obtain a permit from the Catalina Conservancy.

We are equipped with a full-service repair shop. If you need anything done ranging from a simple flat tire to a complete tune up come on by and we will get you back on your cycle in no time.
